The risks listed in this Risk Disclosure Statement are not exhaustive, and you should carefully consider whether it is appropriate to invest in private credit products and use Insidefinacent services based on your financial situation and risk tolerance.

Terms:

1. The value and performance of private credit investments may fluctuate significantly. Investments in private credit involve substantial risks, including borrower default, interest payment delays, restructuring, or loss of principal. Private credit instruments may not be liquid, may not trade on public markets, and may involve long holding periods. If you cannot effectively manage risk, it is likely that you may suffer partial or even total loss of your investment.
2. Private credit products offered on Insidefinacent are not issued or guaranteed by governments, traditional financial institutions, or Insidefinacent. Most private credit investments are not insured, regulated like bank products, nor protected by any deposit protection or central bank mechanisms. Their value depends heavily on borrower performance and market conditions.
3. Participating in private credit investments, including leveraged or structured credit products, carries a high level of risk. Certain private credit instruments may involve leverage that can amplify potential gains or losses. Market conditions, borrower deterioration, or unexpected events can result in substantial losses. Depending on product terms, you may be required to provide additional collateral or accept amendments to investment terms. In some cases, your investment may be reduced, impaired, or written off entirely, and you solely bear such losses.
4. Transactions in private credit products are often irreversible and governed by binding legal agreements. It is your responsibility to protect your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all actions and transactions conducted under your Insidefinacent account, whether authorized by you or not. Losses arising from unauthorized access, fraud, or compromised credentials may not be recoverable.
5. The services provided by Insidefinacent rely on financial infrastructure, third-party service providers, data networks, and technology platforms, including online systems and digital tools. These systems may be subject to failures, defects, cyberattacks, operational disruptions, anomalies, errors, or other unforeseen risks. Such events may impact access to your account, data accuracy, investment performance, or transaction execution.
6. You should be aware that income or gains from private credit investments may be subject to taxes, withholding, duties, or other charges imposed by authorities in relevant jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes arising from your investments through Insidefinacent. If you have questions regarding tax status or obligations, you should seek professional advice. Insidefinacent does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.
7. Private credit investments and related activities may be subject to legal, regulatory, or policy restrictions in certain jurisdictions. You should understand the laws and policies applicable in your jurisdiction before investing in private credit or using Insidefinacent services. If it is unlawful for us to provide services to you under applicable laws, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or restrict access to Insidefinacent services at any time in order to comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
8. You acknowledge that you are aware of and understand the risks outlined in this Risk Disclosure Statement. You agree and understand that you bear all risks associated with the use of Insidefinacent services and the risks described herein. These risks are not exhaustive, and you should carefully evaluate whether to use Insidefinacent services based on your financial condition and ability to bear risks.
